I love sugar, but doesn’t everyone??

Okay, LOT’S of girls think they’re overweight.

I was one of those girls for a while. But, all my friends were saying how in shape I am and asking me if I eat a lot of crap, etc. And I don’t eat a lot of junk food, because I find ways around it.

Just like this recipe!

How can ice cream have NO sugar in it? It’s easy!

My original recipe for this had 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, but I wanted to go even healthier with JUST stevia.

Stevia is literally a miracle. For all those girls my age and above that think they’re overweight, this one’s for YOU!

  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 3-5 drops stevia
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract


  • Pour milk into cup.
  • Add stevia and vanilla.
  • Give it a stir.
  • ENJOY!
