I didn’t know this, but chocolate has caffeine in it. I have something that’s going to blow your mind once I tell you.
First, I’m going to tell all the details………. WARNING: may literally blow your mind🤯
Okay, so my family is really into health and vitamins and all that good stuff. Since farmers are doing weird things to food these days, we try to pay attention to what bothers us and what doesn’t. I have A LOT of food allergies. For example: I’m allergic to cow’s milk, nuts, yeast (well everyone is “allergic” to yeast. That and sugar cause candida. Don’t know what candida is? I’ll tell you.), and more that I can’t think of.🥴
CANDIDA: candida is a fungus. It is caused yeast and especially…. SUGAR. These days, sugar isn’t even a treat anymore. It’s like a part of a meal now. Sugar feeds yeast. Candida causes itching, fatigue, urinary problems, private problems, etc. It’s kinda scary. Scratch that. It’s VERY scary.😰💀
Okay, we got way off track here. Now that you kinda know what candida is, let’s get back to where we were.😆
Anyway, my family has a lot of allergies. Especially moi. I don’t like coffee. Or caffeine. Which is coffee, but I LOVE chocolate, as I said before.🤓😎💖
Once, when my mom made me a caffeine drink, I didn’t get… peppy. I guess that’s the word? Or like upbeat. Hyper. Usually, coffee makes kids go crazy, but my reaction was unusual. I got REALLY tired. The same thing happens to me when I have chocolate.🙀🥱

BUT, it doesn’t stop me from having chocolate!!!🍫
That’s why, today I made a chocolate mug cake. It is so good! SO GOOD. Like not even funny good. A stop talking to me, let me eat, kinda good.✨LOL.✨
Okay, do you really want to know how good it is? Make it. But in order for you to do that you need the recipe, sooooooooo here it is!💫
Chocolate Mug Cake
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp coconut sugar heaping
- 10-15 drops stevia
- 2-3 Tbsp cow's milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- A few dashes sea salt
- 1/4 tsp apple cider vinager
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the egg, sugar, butter, milk, and stevia all together.
- Then add the cocoa powder, baking soda, and flour.
- Carefully mix it.
- Then, stir in the vinegar. The vinegar should always be last to create the puff.
- Butter/oil the ramekin then pour batter.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Place in oven for 15-20 minutes
- Once done, take it out and let cool for about 5 minutes or so.
