You know what’s also fascinating? Lunch!

I have made so many cool lunches in the past, but this one is in my top 3. “This one” is chicken salad on bread!!

I love it. It’s been a recipe in my household for a LONG time now. So, I thought I’d share it with you guys!

Lunch is one of my favorite meals of the day. But, of course there’s also treat time and dinner. Every other day, my mom, sister, and yours truly, make a treat around 12:30. I usually make this awesome lower sugar cake batter dessert. It’s so good. In the future, I’ll share the recipe with you, but right now we’re talking about……. OH YEAH! Chicken salad on bread!😁🤣

Chicken Salad on Bread

A delicious lunch for one

Materials

  • 1 breast chicken cooked
  • 2-3 Tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 piece sourdough toast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • Place sourdough in oven for 5 minutes (if frozen).
  • Cut up the chicken breast.
  • Place in bowl.
  • Mix in mayo and turmeric
  • Once bread is done, place chicken on top.
  • And ENJOY!

You don’t have to bake the sourdough if not frozen.
