I love guacamole! It goes great on Mexican meals!

I’d have to say my favorite FRUIT is avocado. Yes, it’s a fruit!

I actually did a report on them. Did you know, they have more potassium than a banana, and they are in the same family group as cinnamon?

Weird, right?

I love to eat it with a Mexican bowl that I make for lunch! Don’t worry, that recipe is coming out soon!😇

Guacamole is one of the most famous recipes in Mexico.

I love it- and for those who don’t really have a thing for these alligator- skinned pears, you will after this recipe!

  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • A few dashes sea salt


  • Scoop the avocado out of skin.
  • Mash in bowl.
  • Add the garlic, lime, and salt.
  • Mix all together.
  • Serve and Enjoy!



If you have any avocados you need to use, you can add that with the half!😉
