I love guacamole! It goes great on Mexican meals!
I’d have to say my favorite FRUIT is avocado. Yes, it’s a fruit!
I actually did a report on them. Did you know, they have more potassium than a banana, and they are in the same family group as cinnamon?

I love it- and for those who don’t really have a thing for these alligator- skinned pears, you will after this recipe!
4 Ingredient Guacamole
Servings: 1 person

Ingredients
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- A few dashes sea salt
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado out of skin.
- Mash in bowl.
- Add the garlic, lime, and salt.
- Mix all together.
- Serve and Enjoy!
